It's prohibited to copy, trace, heavily reference, claim my art as yours and use my art to create AI shit. However, using my art as reference/inspiration is allowed

It's also prohibited to edit my art in any way, regardless off whether or not the art is for you. This means moving or removing my signature, coloring ober elements of the drawing, ect

All rights to the art I create, including commissions, belong exclusively to me. You may neither sell nor exchange my art in any form, physical or digital, print or NFT, under any circumstances. You may not use my art in any published material, even free material, on any online or physical marketplace.

I'm allowed to share my art online. If you don't want this, please don't commission me. The only exception is when it's a personal/private artwork

Using my art for commercial use is not allowed. Commercial use is only allowed when it's a commission or an adopt you bought and permitted you to use it for commercial use (may come with a small fee)

I accept payment through PayPal, KoFi, and sometimes even DA points or Robux (ask)

Please make sure you convert your currency to euros when paying with money

Holds up to a week are fine

Payment plans are allowed

(Commissions) I'm taking half of the payment up front and the other half when the artwork is done. The final product will only be delivered once I have received payment in full

Once the artwork is finished and approved by you, a refund is not permitted.

Please only commission me when you have the money

Reply and pay within one week. Otherwise, I'll cancel the commission

You may cancel the commission any time, but you have to pay for the work I have already done. A complete refund after the sketch phase is not allowed.

I reserve the right to cancel or refund the money for your commission at any time.

Any deadlines clients want met should be communicated from the start.

Don't file a chargeback against me after I finished the artwork.

Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.

I'm a hobbyist and not a professional artist. I can finish a piece within the same day, or it will take me weeks to months, depending on the commission type. I get burned out easily. I'm also still experimenting with my art style, shading, and backgrounds.

Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.

I'll send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission.

Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit, except you have permission from me, and maybe paid a small fee

Please be patient for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my drawings, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in a while! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.

If you would like any small changes, simply ask me. No extra fees. Huge changes can not be requested unless you pay extra fees (depending on how much I should change)

Please provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject. A fee will be charged for clients with no reference images that would like me to draw solely from a description. Providing clear references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.

I can draw On-Base things. I'll accept F2U and P2U bases. BUT if you choose a P2U base, you have to pay extra so I can purchase the base. If I already have the base, you don't have to pay anything. It's also very important that the Base Owner allowes that commissions are made on the base. If not I'll reject your commission

Giving me a base and then wanting me to draw it in my own style, DOESN'T count as a On-Base drawing and there is no discount since the base then counts as reference

Please note that sone elements may not be completly transferrable to my art style

Minor redesigns are allowed, as long as it's still recognisable

Please credit me for the original design, even when you change it a lil bit. You don't have to credit me all the time when the adopt is being drawn, ect.

Reselling is allowed, but cannot be sold for higher prices (except art is added to it)

Co-owning is allowed

Designs gained in raffles cannot be sold for any currency

For money and item payments: Reply and pay within one week. Otherwise, the adopt will be reopened

For art payments: Please reply within a week and try to finish them within a month. I don't want to pressure you, but I already have multiple pending adopts for which I've been waiting for payment for years, even after multiple reminders (not blaming the artist, though!) If you need an extension and you already sent me wips/updates, ask me

Please only bid when you have the money and only offer things you can give me/finish within the timeframe

Once the payment is complete, I'll send you their TH page (TH required!)
